On 1st May, a team-building event was organized at ITCPS with the objective of enhancing teamwork, communication, and collaboration among employees. The session started with games designed to foster stronger interpersonal relationships and improve collective problem-solving skills.

Outcomes:

• Improved communication and collaboration within and across teams.
• Encouragement of leadership and active participation from all levels.
• A boost in team morale and motivation through positive reinforcement and shared success.

It is recommended that such initiatives be held regularly to sustain and nurture team dynamics.
