It is a pleasure indeed to extend a warm invitation to you to be with us at Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow, India between 1st – 4th November as we celebrate 125 years of sustained and devoted service to the cause of women’s higher education. From our humble beginnings in 1870 as a school with six girls, it was in 1886 that we became a College.

In this fruitful journey of growth and evolution of 125 years we have been inspired and challenged by the enquiring minds of our young students, the large circle of college friends as well as the wide network of college alumnae spread throughout the world who carry of within their minds and hearts some part of Isabella Thoburn College.

The Quasquicentennial Celebrations are indeed a momentous event for us, and one which we would like to share with our friends, our alumnae and our students.
